Can i claim capital gain exemption on sale of commercial property against buying another commercial property within time limit??

No. Not eligible if you buy commercial property.
Exemption can be claimed only if you by residential property, subject to conditions as per sec. 54F of IT act.

Capital gain on selling residential property and transferring it to a commercial property is also not available.
