Capital gain account scheme provision

Dear Experts, I have a capital gain of rs 25lk from a plot sold in aug 16, already have 2 houses since 2010, my query is can i avail capital gain exemption by depositing into capital gain account scheme and purchase another house property within 3 years? if answer is yes then till when i can deposit under CGAS? Thanks
