if I have 100 yard residential house and out of which I sold 25% portion to construct remaining 75% portion of that property...
then can I claim deduction u/s 54 to adjust construction expense of 75yard property with capital gain arrise due to sale of 25 yard area
??

You will have to bifurcate the land in 25 and 75 for 25% only you will get that deduction
