Dear Experts,
I need to calculate capital gain for the property purchased before 2001. I am aware that for income tax purpose we should get property valued by Registered Valuer but I need Fair market value for estimation purpose to give it to management. I did search online but I am getting ready reckoner up to 2013 and not prior to that. So from where can I get ready reckoner for the year 2001 for Mumbai? If any one have can share the same here?

Nothing available online for 2001, but a visit at sub-registrar office will be helpful.
