At the time of incorporation the contribution in LLP is rs 50,000 by 2 Designated Partners each and in the next year onwards the Partners capital has increased in this case do we need to make changes everytime in LLP agreement??

Yes Supplement LLP agreement need to be executed and form LLP3 need to be filed accordingly.
