Capital account entry

When you receive share allication money debit bank and credit share application money of share holder account, when shares are allotted debit share application money account and credit share capital account.

Since oly 3 are there in the co i think there wont be the procedure of share application allotment first call n final call..

Just pass

Bank A/c(BANK A/c) Dr

    to Share Capital A/c(Capital A/c).( With paid Up Capital)

And u r not suppossed to show Authorised capital in Tally...
