cancellation of voluntary registration
An advocate who got voluntarily registered in GST, wants to cancel his registration. He has filed his Gstr-3B for the month of Jan . Now from which date he should apply for cancellation of his registration?

voluntary registration shall be cancelled after one year of registration date
notification has come for cancellation of voluntary registration before one year and form is also opening on GST portal

what about gstr1?? should I wait till march as gstr 1is to be filed quarterly or it is not mandatory to file gstr1 after filing gstr 3-B
