for last 5 months my sales were Nil and didn't file my GST returns. Now I want to cancel my registration , for cancellation I have to file 5 months gstr 3b and gstr 1 along with late fee. ??
or directly apply for cencellation of registration ??
if dept send me notice for the same after 6 months , doest it make any difference ?
