Cancellation of partner release deed

Sir, total 3 partners in partnership. One partner released on 31.05.20. and Registration done at Registrar of firms.

Now to add released partner again.

can we cancel the partner release deed ?

As per my opinion, you need to notify the Registrar of firms for any alteration within prescribed period of time.
