Cancellation of GST registration within a month?
I have applied for cancellation of Gst No. and it has been "pending for processing" for a month. Is there any provision where the registration get automatically cancelled if no action is taken by officer within a month?

Visit the dept with relevant documents. They will do immediately
The timeline for processing an application for cancellation of GST registration, filed through Form GST REG-16 is 30 calendar days. If the said timeline has elapsed, then please visit the nearest jurisdiction office, after checking whether your application was routed to Center or State jurisdiction office.
