I am registered as a composite dealer in gst. my turnover is less then 20 lakhs i had applied for cancellation for registration without mentioning any closing stock because no input credit taken by me if i need to pay any tax on closing stock. i had filed gstr4 upto 31/12/18. and applied for cancellation on 3/2/2019. cancellation will be accepted?

CANCELLATION CAN BE FILED VIA GSTR_10 AND THERE IS NO DUES ARE O/S W.R.T GST TAX SO THAT YOU CAN FILE THE CANCELLATION OF GST REGISTRATION
gstr10 is not for composition dealers
you have to filed GSTR4 for Jan-Mar Quarter also, then dept. will accept your application.
No need to file gstr 10

i already cancelled the gst composition scheme for my client in nov . but still it is pending for processing . what to do

There is little ambiguity in my mind after reading Section 29(5) of the CGST Act. Please have a look over it and reply.
