Cancelation of gst registration
pending return 15 month . nill return filed july gst 3b in 2018 only. can you suggest me can I apply of cancel gst registration without filing finding return and without pay late fee .

You can file the pending Form GSTR 3B returns without any late fee for the period July 2017 to Jan 2020 in the period July 2020 to sept 2020.
