Can we use LPG Cylinder invoice as a Address Proof of Company?

Quick Summary
No, cylinder proof not accepted... Only permanent gas connection is accepted as address proof.
Gas Bill is accepted as utility bill for eform INC-22 so should be allowable for Incorporation also.
AS PER INC 22 THEY ARE ACCEPTABLE.
