Can we use 1 TAN for centralized transactions?? or we need to get TAN for different different states/ locations?? all the Invoices are processing from Mumbai HO only but services we are taking at many states..
eg - We are selling scrap at GOA factory & collecting TCS on the same & making TCS payment to the Government using Mumbai TAN as our HO is at mumbai. ( We dont hv other location TAN).
Kindly advise.

Quick Summary
You can use a single TAN as long as the PAN is same or apply for TAN for different branches. You can choose either based on paperwork or ease of work.
Is there any notification or something we can use as document??
