Can we submit our tax without consulting a CA. if we are filling for student.
can we do accounts of a individual who does have income to pay tax but want to create file for later use. can we submit by ourself or we have to consult a CA and take the signature for these process..

For just filing ITR any signature of CA not needed, but you should be accustomed to it. If you are aware of these simple rules, you can file ITR itself.
