No there is no provision under Companies Act, 2013 for revision of AOC-4 and MCA will also not allowed revision of AOC-4.
we can revise the AOC-4 form after requesting regional registar of Companies to delete the AOC-4 filied by us previosly
Dear Sir,
Can the request be done by attaching a letter as an attachment to aoc-4 or we need to go there and talk.
