Can we really send speed post to cpc bangalore?

It should send trough an ordinary post or  speed post ...

You can read it on the ITR-V , where clearly written that you can furnish ITR V by Ordinery Post Or Speed Post only.

Either you send by ordinary post, it is also accepted, if the post office is not accepting the speed post  since there is post box no. is there. Alternatively, if you want only acknowledgement, then you can send UPC. Under Postal Certificate is nothing, just ordinary post, you go to post office, with exact address, what you have written on envelope, write same address on one paper, and put postal stamp, of required amount, and post office will certify that you have posted one envelope for such address...

They cannot refuse to take it.try once again with another post office.if have no option then send by ordinary post with certificate of posting. VINOD GUPTA

Yes EMS Speed Post cannot reject to take it. You can track your courier from Speed post official site easily. If they still refuse, Please lodge complaint in consumer forum.
