BSE can start/hive off a new stock broking company, on the lines and likes of Sharekhan, Indiabulls, et al.
Albeit it should become a trading member of NSE too. So that it can give trading on both the big exchanges.

Yes it is correct that BSE the countrys oldest stock exchange fails to match the growth of NSE.NSE because of its innovative products captures the entire Futures & options market and also ahead of BSE in cash market.
