I am cs student in executive stage and doing mcom from IGNOU. I have graduated in 2016, I want to know can I do ca at the same time or after clearing cs.

You can and You should as well. Because in many of the subjects the syllabus of both courses are quite same. Thanks why many students do both at the same time.
