if yes, what are tge forms and the procedure to intimate the same to registerar??

You can shift the registered office of the LLP from one state to another state, or change the registered office address
Ok because i though that we cab just change the llp deed and then add the clause and then file the same with roc
Yes you can do also the above
Is it okay to do so ???? since llp act is slient on the same
