02 August 2017Say a medicine has MRP of Rs 100. Transaction value is Rs 90. Rate of GST is 12%. Then total price will Rs. 100.80. It is crossing the MRP. How is it possible ??

So in any case total invoice value should not cross MRP. Am I right ??
