Suppose board meeting for signing auditor report and director report is 1st June and also in the same Meeting AGM date is decided.
Now, can the notice of AGM date be 2nd June.

the date of notice will be the date on which the company issued the notice to its members. In case, notice is sent by post the date of notice will be 48 hours after the date on which such notice was posted and 21 clear days would be counted thereon.
i am asking that if on 1st june the board meeting for signing auditor report balance sheet took place and in the same Meeting draft notice is adopted.balance sheet and board report signing date is 1st june. now my query is can the notice issuing date be 2nd june in spite of the fact that notice is adopted in 1st june meeting

Yes, it can be.  Just ensure that the period of notice given for the meeting is sufficient as may be applicable in your case (i.e. 21 clear days or otherwise).
