if you are certified auditor then only you can sign. also if there is an audit required to be done then only an auditor is required to sign and stamp financial statements.
if the documents need to be attested then only an gazetted officer notary or CA can attest
Can i affix verified by me stamp?
I don't think that you can do so as MBA Finance is not recognized for getting documents attested
Thank you so much sir!

Sir i m Diploma In Taxation Holder can i affix my sign and stamp in balance sheets and p and l of proprietary and partnerships concerns

no you can't
Therefore, there will be scope only for Two Categories [i.e., Clause (v) and Clause (vi) of Subsection (2) of Section 288 of the Income Tax Act, 1961] to get Registration as an Authorized Income Tax Practitioner. The Educational Qualification prescribed for “Income Tax Practitioners” is just passing an “Accountancy Examination” [vide Clause (v)], or having acquired just a “Degree in Commerce or Law” [vide Clause (v)].

ICAI Bhavan doing ‘damnum sine injuria’ through their UDIN as well as ICMAI , If all advocates & Tax Practitioners can file case before the Honourable High Court against ICAI UDIN system as violates of Professional rights of Non CA of Tax Practitioners through UDIN. If pass court order favour to Tax practitioners than tax practitioners sign only non- tax audit reports.
