1. I wanted to check if there can be a MOU between Parent and subsidiary company stating that although employees are of subsidiary company the payment of salary etc be done by subsidiary company
2. In case an eployee in seconded/ deputed from Parent company to subsidiary company can the latter pay PF and salary
No MOU is required. As per the tenent of the provisions w.r.t. holding and subsidiary, the minutes of the Board meeting are to be approved in the meeting of BOD of holding company and another aspect is consolidation of accounts. Wherre the control is within the hands of parent, what do you think an MOU does come to play for in respect of the queries you raised?
