can someone help .It very confusing
In 134(1) if a company has CEO (appointed as director ) and 2 director one is MD then total of 3 should sign and in case of no CEO only 2 director should sign and one must me MD ??

1. Chairman or two directors out of which one is MD and
2. CEO if he is director and
3. CFO and
4. CS
