Can pvt company director run own proprietorship firm

it is poissible for directors of pvt company to run sole proprietorship firm

for example if ABC Pvt ltd. is formed with 3 directors and all the three directors is having individual  proprietoship firm

is it possible???

can they purchase goods from their Proprietorship firm for pvt ltd. instead of purchasing outside market.

Yes. They can do. No such restriction.
