i m a newly qualified chartered accountant and registered a new ca firm. i have a partner with 3 yrs of COP who was a partner in another firm and now after retiring from the previous firm has joined my newly registered firm. Can he get bank audits based on his 3 yrs of experience or in order to get bank audits our firm needs 2 b in existence for 3 years

INDIVIDUALLY HE CAN GET BANK AUDIT AS HE IS HAVING 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE....
BUT SINCE YOUR FIRM DO NOT HAVE 3 YEARS ESTABLISHMENT SO you need to waite for 3 years to get bank audits....
