Yes... If applied different PAN.
I don't think that u can do so, yes if under one premises , every 4 business has their own separate place then u can do so, & can have a registration

I think Yes You can take registration within same premise, coz only matters what PAN Number. PAN Number for Registration should be different.

As long as there is a separate PAN Number, for the same premises, each such PAN holder can apply for GST Registration. Please refer Section 25 (20 of CGST ACT, 2017.
