Last date for filing Belated return for 31.03.2007 was 31.03.2009. If it is NIL return why do you want to file. File for 2008 & 2009 now.
in case of individual
in these days peoples at IT office are not accepting the nil return.
so no need to worry about filing of NIL return of 31.03.07 just file the ITR for 2008 & 2009 as Mr. Aditya has suggested.
