Either opt composition for all branches or go with normal scheme

My question is Can One Dealer opt for
1% Trading
2% Manufacturing
5% Restaurant Service
all together
For e.g. Sweets Shop
They sell confectionary and Other goods also
They Make Sweets
They Serve Food also
