Can notary sign and attasted ca exam form

Can I get attested and signed my CA IPC Exam form by a Notary Advocate. Can he sign and used his seal in CA IPC Exam form for attestation purpose. Will it be accepted by ICAI . Pls. Advise .

I KNOW ABOUT CA FINAL......AND ONLY MEMBER OF ICAI CAN SIGN EXAM FORM....BECOZ HE HAVE TO WRITE MEMBERSHIP NO. WHILE SINGING FORM......THE SAME MAY ALSO B APPLICABLE FOR IPCE ALSO....BUT I M NOT SURE ABOUT IPCE
