Can my mother be a co parcener in my HUF with wife. I am Karta of the HUF and my father is not alive. Some CA has pointed it is not possible. So need confirmation.

Can mother be coparcener in son's HUF ?

If your father was create huf account then your mother can be co parcener and you also . But here you are karta so your wife and your son can be co parcener not your mother
Thanks for reply but my father did not have HUF and I do not have child. I need 2 co parceners for HUF. I as Karta cannot be co-parcener. So can my mother not be part of my HUF? pls advise
