and guardian of 5 other members who are minor. Guardian signed separately for each of member. is certificate of incorporation void now??

No, once the certificate of incorporation is issued, its conclusive evidence. Ref. famous case of Ebrahim V. mussa.
as per companies act 2013 certificate of incorporation is not a conclusive evidence now.
