Can Interior work contractor file under section 44AD?

An interior designer who does end to end interiors for clients will involve designing and appointing carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters to complete the works. He will also buy raw materials for the works such as ply, hardware, electrical fittings, lights, furniture for the clients. Can he file presumptive tax under 44AD?
