What is the section for Tds deduction by the company ?.
if TDS deducted then have to file IT return to claim it.
Let me know section ?.
If your freind's total income is not taxable then after filing of Income tax return he will get the refund back....

Yes... She can get refund for the TDS amount with filing his ITR...
Also I think Sec 194C...

Your friend can file the IT returns and claim the TDS. If it cross the tax limit then TDS will be adjusted and balance will get as refund.
