Can I write june 2009 PCC Exam

Articleship completion requirement to be eligible to appear in the Professional Competence
Examination (PCE): A student should complete not less than 15 months as an articled assistant, 3 months prior to the first day of the month in which Professional Competence Examination (PCE) is held or 18 months of articled training as on 1st May/ 1st November, as the case may be.

no.. u need to complete 15 months prior to 3 months tha month in which u write ur exam...

so u can only write in nov 2009...

I think it's a factual error on your part... I suppose you mean completing your 15 months period by 12-03-2009... If that's the case you can't take your exams in June 2009, as you hav not completed 15 months of training 3 months prior to the month(here it's June 2009) in which the examination is held... So u can write in Nov 2009...
