can i use CA firm name as per my wish

You can choose but you have to follow ICAI Regulations such as the firm name should be based on the Proprietor's/ Partners' names and not any unrelated names, it should not amount to advertisement and so on.

I do not think you can use your father's name unless he was a CA and the firm was founded by him, then his son can continue with the same firm name, but he cannot name the firm after his father who is not a CA.
