Can i use a black pen for ipcc ?

yes no such objection provided it should not be gel pen .....
should not be a gel pen ? Y so ? Even if it is waterproof and smudge free ? Its bcoz I am used to my black gel...which I am not at all able to replace with any other pen .. :'(
in our hall ticket instructions are give accordingly paper should be written
