Can i start cs now

If your pursuing even degree... better to start after Degree as you can directly go for CS Inter....register after the complietion of IPCC Exams....

I would advise you to join CS after your second year B. CoM.

Till then also clear your IPCC.

start preparation for CS Foundation after IPCC May 2012. Dont worry..the syllabus of CS Foundation is almost similar to what u studied in CPT and also..Since u are studying for IPCC, it will consume just 2 weeks for u to prepare and write CS Foundation well..All the Best
