My father has to pay balance payable income tax, but he does not have any online bank account. Can I pay his tax from my online bank account? He will give me a cheque of same tax amount which I will deposit in my account as an evidence.

Yes you can effect tax payment on your father's behalf. If your father has business income he need to repay you the same amount to reflect in his books of accounts else the amount Will be a good continue to be reflected as a liability against your name.
