I run a community website with about 2000 members. Now there are advertisers interested to advertise on this site. I want to use the revenues for community events and helping poor, etc.
I do not want to go through Non Profit registration, etc.
Can I just open a proprietor account with the name of 'website.com' and put all receipt in there? If I do not spend the funds, will the income be clubbed under my personal a/c since I will need to give my PAN Card?
Also since this website has no office, what all do I need to open bank a/c? I won't have shop and establishment number, ssi, etc any govt id.
What is the best structure to run such non profit community site and manage funds?
