Can i get return of my tds paid (help plzzz....!!!)

If my annual salary inclusive all convenience is about 2,00,000.00, but after  calculation of my income i will found that i can get exemption in many expenses and after those exemption my total income will be about 1,48,000.00. also i have paid TDS on some transaction. in this way i hve not to pay income tax, but can i get  TDS return that i have paid.....

 

plzz help me...!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Offcourse you are liable to get return tds amount which you have paid earlier.

File your Income Tax return for concern F.Y. Mention TDS Details which is you have been paid. attach the 16 or 16A certificates for this return. Get consultance of Tax practioner, Tax Consultant or Chartered Accountant in this regard for get TDS Retun amount smoothly.
