Contents of the E-mail or Speed Post :

1.Request for cancellation of exam form for the attempt you applied for, stating revised result after verification implies you have passed.

2. If you have the photocopy of draft of exam fees paid, if not don;t worry mention the draft number and details about the draft (bank name, etc).

3. Photocopy/Scanned copy of print out of Revised marksheet.
