Time matters but its never a constraint.
it depends on ones own capabilities.
sincere dedication doesn require more than 8 months time may b.

yup.........me 2 on monday.........actually i will eligible to write final only in nov 2011.bt as per new rule i can write in may itself...............planning to go 4 coaching..................may god bless us
i will submit the form directly to the institute so that books will be released immediately........postal delivery waiting can be avoided............
