I have lately filed form 32 and the fee charged for it was rs. 5000 inclusive of late filling fine.In this form I was supposed to file both admission and resignation details but by mistake i uploaded only admission details.Now my query is whether I can file revised form 32 and n upload revised form dat is details of both admission n resignation without paying additional fee??

You cannot file the revise form 32. In your case you have to file another fresh form 32 for resignation and additional fees will be charged for late filing.

Agree with Ms. Samiksha and further to her answer, facility to file resignation as well as apoointment in single form 32 is to facilitate convenience and to save fee as well but this is not mandatory to file both in single form. So in case you have missed to mention resignation details in said form 32 you cannot revise as there is no question of revising it you have to file a fresh form.

Yes, you cannot resubmit form 32. Resubmission can only be done when it is put for resubmission by the ROC, if before approval you have discussed the same to the ROC people and arragne to put the form under resubmission mode then you may do the same.
Now, it is not possible, file another form.
But if i am not wrong , form 32 is in STP Mode.
