My client is from AP. as per CBIC extended date it is 3rd Feb for Andhra. But portal showing 7th Feb is the last date.
Can I take that into consideration and take benefit of extra days??

No....... you should follow the date prescribe by cbic ie 3/2/2019
Late fees will be computed automatically if filed late
