Can I File Income Tax Return for FY 2017-18 after 31st March 2019 online, if not then What is the Process/Procedure to file said Income Tax return...

Yes now no chances wait for notice under 142(1) or 148 then u have to file

Thanks, but need ITR copy for Bank loan purpose, can I approach AO? Will AO issue notice u/s 148 immediately ?
