Can i file i t return without form 16 - urgent. kindly help.

Dear All,

I am a whole time director of a private limited company drawing monthly remuneration but due to some technical difficulties I am unable to generate FORM 16 from my Company, but I have checked my FORM 26AS where the total TDS amount deducted by my company and advance tax amount deposited by me is shown correctly without any error.

Under the above circumstances can I file my Income tax return within July 31st without waiting for FORM 16.

Kindly guide and reply in detail.
