I withdraw 10 Lack From last 2-3 month from my current acc from cheque. Can i depoit. i also have 2015-2016 itr and advance tax. plz help (purpose is buy property)

Can i deposit money in bank ?

If you had actually withdrawn 10 lacs from your account (be it for any legal business purpose), you may deposit the same (to the extent not spent for official purpose) into your account by mentioning your own PAN at the time of deposit. Kindly ensure that the amount deposited actually existed as per books of account too.
