Can I claim ITC for purchase invoices not appearing in 2A???
Can I claim ITC in my monthly GSTR 3B, of the valid invoices received from the suppliers but which doesn't reflect in 2A because of quarterly filing option selected by suoplier?

yes you can claime this ITC if you have Invoices and all the relevant conditions
